The Managing Director Tony Jemmett has been involved in the property business for over 35 years and was the West Midlands Branch Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is currently a Trustee of LionHeart the Chartered Surveyor’s Benevolent Fund. He has been involved in some of the biggest developments in the West Midlands conurbation and was one of the first surveyors in the West Midlands acting for clients with regard to Courtyard Office Schemes.

The Managing Director has been involved in numerous rent reviews and lease renewals on a variety of commercial properties throughout the West Midlands region and further a field dealing with rents ranging from a few thousand pounds up to rents around one million pounds a year.

Tony has acted for private individuals, institutions and pension funds on the disposal of commercial property throughout the Greater Midlands area. This has ranged from a few hundred square feet up to many thousands of square feet on offices, industrial and warehousing. He has been involved in a number of good quality shopping centres and has also been providing advice on potential development sites and has been involved in letting individual shops in a number of good quality shopping centres.

He has advised both small and medium sized companies on their property portfolios. This has involved giving advice on providing clear and precise details of the holding, advice on what to hold and what to dispose of during the course of the business plan, and generally ensuring that the clients are notified in advance of any significant changes that could affect the portfolio.

Tony has been involved in managing some of the most prestigious buildings in the area, including small multi let office buildings to large multi let office blocks together with multi let industrial estates and smaller secondary shopping centres.

Tony Jemmett over the years has established himself as one of the most well known Chartered Surveyors in the West Midlands with a wealth of contacts. He was previously Chairman of the Telford Development Agency Advisory Board and was joint Chairman with the then leader of the local authority of the Business Leaders Forum. He is a past West Midlands Chairman of the General Practice Division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and he has also been Chairman of the West Midlands branch of the Office Agents Society
